Free Webinar: Innovative Financing Support for the Circular Bioeconomy

Circular Bioeconomy needs investment, startups are looking for investors – what innovative financing options are available?

The free webinar “Innovative Financing Support for the Circular Bioeconomy” takes place on 9 February 2022 at 13:00 h CET. It will provide deep insight into financing options and give you extensive opportunities to discuss with experts.

Michael Carus and Nicolas Hark from nova-Institute will first give an overview of the sales and tonnages in the European bioeconomy. There are already considerably more commercial implementations than is generally known. This gives the framework.

Marco Rupp from Bio-based Industries Consortium (BIC) will give an overview of the “Sustainable Finance Taxonomy” and Michael Nettersheim from the European Circular Bioeconomy Fund (ECBF) will present concrete options for financing new investments.

Finally, Florian Wagner, Licennium, will present a new view on licensing as an alternative business model and strategy tool.

After each presentation there will be discussions with the speaker, at the end a closing discussion and then virtual networking.
