UK: £1.25 million per year for a new research programme for non-food uses of crops

Defra has offered funding of up to £1.25 million per year for a new research programme aimed specifically at developing, assessing and disseminating technologies for non-food uses of crops. The programme will be led by the Defra Sustainable Farming and Food Science Division and administered by the National Non-Food Crops Centre.
