Increased oleochemical production capacity in the Philippines

The Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) has proposed a 10 year Master Plan for the Coconut Industry projects, which involves a significant increase of the coprah production by 2006 and 2010. This programme, which would set up at least two oleochemical production facilities, meets the target of the country to add value to the coconut oil.
