EU project Zelcor is organising the 2nd Summer School on Zero waste biorefineries: value chain approach, methods, and processes for lignin up-grading! It will be held on 8-11 February online (postponed).

The EU project Zelcor is organising the 2nd Summer School on waste biorefineries in the context of Bioeconomy. It will be held online on 8-11 February 2021. A panel of specialists in the biorefinery field will provide an up-to-date state-of-the-art overview based on the latest advances in terms of scientific knowledge, techno-economic developments and life cycle assessment methodologies.

The course will be composed of lectures with an opportunity to discuss these topics among industry and academic participants. Speakers from private companies and public higher-education and research institutions (INRAE, AgroParisTech, Sabic, Aalto University, Université Savoie Mont Blanc, INERIS, Ghent University, Gradozero, nova-Institute, GreenValue Enterprises LLC, Quantis and WFBR) will address a wide range of complementary topics. Participants will work in group on case studies and design their own biorefinery! The program is available at www.zelcor.eu/summerschool, registration is open until 15 January 2021 at www.zelcor.eu/summerschoolregistration2021
