Rennovia moves to a larger facility in Santa Clara, California

Company to increase staffing and expand their scale up infrastructure consistent

Rennovia Inc., a privately held company that develops novel catalysts and processes for the cost advantaged production of chemical products from renewable feedstocks, announced today that has moved to a larger facility in Santa Clara, California.

Rennovia had been based in Menlo Park, California, since it was founded in 2009. Rennovia has expanded considerably over the last five years, and had outgrown its current facility. Rennovia has also shifted the focus of its work from catalyst research and development to process development, scale up, and commercialization.

“Our move to a larger facility in Santa Clara represents a significant corporate milestone,” said Robert Wedinger, President and CEO of Rennovia. “The new facility is nearly twice as large as the Menlo Park site and allows us to increase staffing and expand our scale up infrastructure consistent with our growth and commercialization objectives.”

Rennovia’s new facility is located at 3040 Oakmead Village Drive, in Santa Clara, California, convenient to both San Francisco and San Jose international airports.

Rennovia’s move to Santa Clara was completed Dec 31st, 2014.
