Project Manager/in B2B-Communication (m/f/d)

Occupation: 40 h/Week, permanent position

The nova-Institute is looking for a communications manager for research and consultancy projects in the bio-, CO2– and recycling-based economy to join our communications department as soon as possible.

We offer a wide range of tasks in a dynamic and future-orientated market at the interface between science, business and politics.

Vacancy description

  • You will independently manage the communication of national and international projects, co-operate with a large number of partners and maintain an overview.
  • You organise and moderate workshops and webinars as part of your projects.
  • You will manage several social media accounts and websites and create material for print and online media in close collaboration with the graphics team.
  • You write press releases and magazine articles, organize and monitor press and newsletter mailings

Requirement profile

  • You form the interface between science and the media. In order to do so, you will have successfully completed a university degree, preferably with a background in communications science with practical experience in press relations, corporate communications and social media. Ideally, you already gained experience in communicating scientific topics in the field of bio- and CO2-based economy, recycling and/or sustainability.
  • You have a high affinity for scientific topics.
  • You are characterised by strong conceptual and excellent writing skills.
  • You provide very good skill level of written and spoken English and German on native level.
  • You are a strong communicator, highly motivated, creative, solution-orientated and enthusiastic.
  • You are reliable, precise and team-orientated. Open-mindedness to new ideas are also among your strengths.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (5-10 % of the work time).
