Guido Müller joined nova-Institute in January 2017 as manager for marketing communication and dissemination. Soon after, he joined management as head of communication and successfully expanding nova’s activities in project dissemination and communication as well as sales activities of nova’s trend and market studies, Guido took over the role as key account manager in 2020.
In his new position, he uses his extensive expertise in sales and customer service to advance nova-Institute’s expert conferences. He is the contact person for sponsorship opportunities for the International Conference on Cellulose Fibres, Conference on CO2-based Fuels and Chemicals and Renewable Materials Conference.

During his studies of geography, economic geography and geology, Guido already spent some time working at nova in 1995 as project leader. His exam at the RWTH Aachen University covered renewable raw materials with focus on regional economy. After graduating, Guido worked as head of marketing for different international operating engineering service providers and software enterprises. In these years he was in charge of various areas of operation such as power generation, energy supply systems, automotive, and simulation software and video broadcasting.
