Prior to joining nova, Narendar spent ten years at an international consulting firm, where he gained in-depth expertise in market mapping, business strategy development, and technology assessment. During this time, he led consulting assignments for clients in Europe, the US, South Asia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

He has extensive experience in delivering a wide range of consulting assignments, including business planning, competitive assessment, and market analysis. His expertise also includes evaluating manufacturing costs and supply chain competitiveness to drive performance improvements, assessing investment opportunities for new ventures, conducting market entry strategies, as well as commercial and technical due diligence in support of M&A activities.

Narendar holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Osmania University and an MBA from the Management Development Institute in India. In his spare time, Narendar keeps abreast of the latest industry trends, often exploring advances in chemical technologies. He also enjoys traveling and playing badminton.
