hte – the high throughput experimentation company and Elevance Renewable Sciences, Inc., producer of high-performance renewable specialty chemicals announce a research collaboration for the development of bio-based specialty lubricants. In this collaboration hte used its in-house developed multifold high throughput autoclave testing unit and leveraged the expertise of its experienced project team.
The use of high throughput experimentation allows the research project to be performed faster than with the conventional approach and uses its statistical Design of Experiments (DoE) to assess performance across the process parameters.
“We are happy to announce the research collaboration with Elevance Renewable Sciences as this project allowed both parties to make use of the advantages of high throughput technologies for the development of renewable specialty lubricants. This ensures rapid knowledge transfer which accelerates market introduction of innovative products,” says Dirk Demuth, CEO at hte.
