Circular Resources becomes Green Dot and accelerates its international development

The renaming of the Green Dot Group has been completed: Circular Resources S.à r.l. – the holding company – has been renamed Green Dot Global S.à r.l. and Circular Resources Holding GmbH & Co. KG has been renamed Der Grüne Punkt Holding GmbH & Co. KG.

Laurent Auguste, CEO of the Green Dot group of companies, announced: “With the renaming, we are making clear what the goal of our group of companies is: a holistic solution for the recyclability of a larger range of plastic waste, including waste streams that are not suitable for mechanical recycling and end-up today being incinerated or – outside Germany – even landfilled. We are developing a unique approach by combining sales packaging licensing and direct access to the recycled material stream, whether mechanical and chemically recycled – on an international scale.”

Green Dot is driving internationalization with start-ups Green Dot North America Inc. in the United States and Green Dot France SAS.
