Call for Innovation: Cellulose Fibres Conference 2025 – New with Biosynthetics

Within the framework of the Cellulose Fibres Conference 2025, the nova-Institute together with the Innovation Award sponsor GIG Karasek, is looking for the “Cellulose Fibre Innovation of the Year 2025”. Innovations in the field of biosynthetics are also welcome to apply.

This time, the nova-Institute is also inviting all researchers in the field of biosynthetics to apply. To further reduce the use of fossil-based synthetic fibres, cellulose and bio-based polymer fibres (“biosynthetics”) are an excellent option due to their wide range of properties, making them suitable to replace almost all fossil-based synthetic fibres. The technology and capacity of cellulose fibres and biosynthetics needs to be developed, and the award gives the start-ups the opportunity to gain publicity and possibly find industrial collaborators.
