ADM Nederland BV, a wholly owned subsidiary of Archers Daniels Midland Company, and Risoil SA have created a 50-50 joint stock company called Illitchvskiy Maslo Extraionniy Zavod. The joint venture will operate a new oilseed crushing plant in the port of Illitchivsk, Odessa, region in the Ukraine, and is expected to start-up in November 2004.
