
Dr Nadja Wulff is a Sustainability Expert at nova-Institute, where she supports companies, start-ups and investors in assessing environmental performance and substantiating sustainability claims.
She combines a PhD in Physical Chemistry with applied experience across the chemical and materials industries. Her work spans international Horizon Europe projects and regular engagement with industry stakeholders as a moderator and speaker at nova’s conferences.
Expertise
Nadja specialises in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), corporate greenhouse gas accounting and Scope 1–3 emissions. She works across bio-based, CCU and recycling-based systems, supporting projects from early-stage evaluation to advanced sustainability assessments.
Her work includes the application of nova’s GHG Accounting Tool to build emission inventories, track emissions and model reduction pathways aligned with SBTi targets.

For industrial clients, Nadja provides the analytical basis for product and portfolio decisions:
- LCA studies, from screening to full ISO-compliant assessments
- Corporate carbon accounting (Scope 1–3) and emissions modelling

Nadja supports investment funds and financial institutions in ESG-focused due diligence, particularly for Article 9 SFDR strategies targeting climate change mitigation.
