GreenDot expands in Italy with subsidiary led by Luca Galimberti

Green Dot Global Sàrl has incorporated GreenDot Italy S.p.A. to lead its activities in the country and has appointed Luca Galimberti as CEO of the new entity. Subsequent to the acquisition of Synextra’s sorting and recycling assets in 2023, GreenDot Global continues to develop its growth strategy and confirms its commitment to the plastic recycling industry in Italy.
