{"id":91691,"date":"2021-07-02T07:38:00","date_gmt":"2021-07-02T05:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/renewable-carbon.eu\/news\/?p=91691"},"modified":"2021-06-29T13:45:58","modified_gmt":"2021-06-29T11:45:58","slug":"fabbri-group-nabs-biopolymer-innovation-award-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/renewable-carbon.eu\/news\/fabbri-group-nabs-biopolymer-innovation-award-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Fabbri group nabs BIOPOLYMER Innovation Award 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The winner of this year\u2019s BIOPOLYMER Innovation Award, announced 15 June during the Biopolymer Processing &amp; Moulding online congress organized by the POLYKUM Association for the Promotion of Polymer Development and Plastics Technology in Germany, was Fabbri Group.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Italian company was recognized for the development of its Nature Fresh film: the world\u2019s first bioplastic compostable cling film for automatic food packaging, certified as home and industrial compostable according to the Standard EN 13432.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the jury, the cling film protected food, people, and the environment, while offering a performances equivalent to PVC and a better water vapour transmission rate when compared to traditional cling films.
