Today it is the \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gruppofabbri.com\/prodotti\/nature-fresh\/\" target=\"_blank\">Nature Fresh<\/a>\u201d project that stands out, receiving the historic Packaging Award, promoted by the Italian Packaging Institute, for the category of \u201cTechnology\u201d .<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The \u201cNature Fresh\u201d project developed by Gruppo Fabbri includes different wrapping machines with high productivity and \u201chybrid\u201d operation, able to fully exploit the potential of both traditional plastic films and the innovative certified compostable film \u201cNature Fresh\u201d, officially introduced by Fabbri Group on the market at the beginning of 2020.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_80588\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-80588\" style=\"width: 247px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"  wp-image-80588\" src=\"https:\/\/renewable-carbon.eu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Stefano-Mele-Sfondo-video-NF-2-300x182.png\" alt=\"Stefano-Mele-Sfondo-video-NF-2-300x182\" width=\"247\" height=\"150\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-80588\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The 2020 Packaging Oscar awards at the \u201cRE-ECONOMY SUMMIT\u201d event at the headquarters of Il Sole 24 Ore<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Jury, which today awarded the recognition to the Group\u2019s CEO, Stefano Mele, during the RE-ECONOMY SUMMIT event at the Il Sole 24 Ore headquarters, motivated his choice as follows: \u201cThe performance versatility of the AutomacNF machine is significant, which allows packaging both with traditional stretch films and with\u00a0Nature Fresh\u00a0 \u2013 the world\u2019s first certified compostable cling film. The runnability is therefore optimized and allows to package and label different types of supports.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nature Fresh, a film based on BASF Ecovio<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> and Ecoflex<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> polymers, is the first certified compostable stretch film for automatic packaging on a global scale and is certified as suitable also for domestic compostability. Nature Fresh combines excellent aesthetic qualities (transparency, anti-fogging) with an optimal presentation of the product: it is thus able to guarantee performance equivalent to plasticized PVC films and better water vapor transmission than traditional cling films.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gruppofabbri.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/BROCHURE-AUTOMAC_NF-V02-20200629-IT.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Automac NF<\/a> packaging machines, in addition to optimizing the machine cycle of the film, allow you to combine Nature Fresh with equally compostable labels and trays; they are also compatible with all the other stretch films proposed by Gruppo Fabbri (plasticized PVC, PE-based film, BIOBASED film) or on the market.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-80589 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/renewable-carbon.eu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Bildschirmfoto-2020-10-23-um-13.43.21.png\" alt=\"Bildschirmfoto 2020-10-23 um 13.43.21\" width=\"151\" height=\"163\" \/>\u201cToday more than ever, preserving the environment, preserving food and avoiding waste are part of Gruppo Fabbri\u2019s DNA \u2013 comments Stefano Mele CEO of Fabbri Group \u2013 These are the factors that 4 years ago led to the creation of the Nature Fresh project, a project that later also received the European Union recognition.
