The transaction is the company\u2019s \u2018reward\u2019 for four years of intense development and will enable Lactips to invest in the industrialisation and the commercialisation of its material.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis capital increase shows the confidence of our investors in our products and business model. BASF Venture Capital and Demeter as our international partners, BNP Paribas Development as national investor and Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Loire Haute Loire Capital Innovation as regional investor contribute with complementary skills and knowledge that will greatly help us to up our industrial activities.\u201d says Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Gramatikoff, CEO.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are pleased to contribute to Lactips\u2019 financing round, our first venture capital investment in France\u201d, says Markus Solibieda, Managing Director, BASF Venture Capital. \u201cSustainability is one major pillar of BASF\u2019s strategy that we are working to integrate increasingly in all our business processes.
