Der japanische Universit\u00e4tsprofessor und Papierspezialist Hiroshi Morishima lehrt in Seminaren die sog. &#8220;Washi&#8221;-Methode einer wachsenden Zahl von Teilnehmern aus L\u00e4ndern der Karibik.<\/p>\n<p>Bisher gab es f\u00fcr die Bananenbl\u00e4tter &#8211; einem Sekund\u00e4rrohstoff der Bananenproduktion &#8211; kaum Verwendung. <br \/>\nDas Sch\u00f6pfen von Papier ohne konventionelle Holzpulpe k\u00f6nnte in Entwicklungsl\u00e4ndern in agrarisch gepr\u00e4gten Gegenden Einkommen f\u00fcr die Einheimischen generieren, so die Hoffnung des JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency).<\/p>\n<p>Nach Angaben der japanischen Food and Agriculture Organization werden in insgesamt 123 L\u00e4ndern der Erde 50 Mio. Tonnen Bananen angebaut.
