Erst zu Jahresbeginn hatte er ein Brot, das den Cholesterinspiegel senkt, eingef\u00fchrt. &#8220;Hanf ist im Kommen&#8221; meint der innovationsfreudige B\u00e4ckermeister. Als Begr\u00fcndung f\u00fchrt er vor allem ern\u00e4hrungsphysiologische Argumente an, die f\u00fcr die Verwendung von Hanfsamen im Brot sprechen. Gebacken wird das Brot in einer Gr\u00f6ditzer B\u00e4ckerei.
