They are a great complement to SC Johnson\u2019s trusted lineup of iconic brands,\u201d said Fisk Johnson, Chairman and CEO of SC Johnson.<\/p>\n<p>SC Johnson is one of the world\u2019s leading manufacturers of household cleaning products and products for air care, home storage, shoe care, personal care and pest control, as well as professional products.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals in the U.S., U.K. and Germany, and other customary closing conditions.
