The unique opportunity to market your bio-based composite solutions efficiently! Four stands are still available with an all-round carefree package consisting of intensive marketing and services at the joint “Bio-based Composites” pavilion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

COMPOSITES EUROPE 2017 will present everything in the field of composites from 19-21 September in Stuttgart. This includes bio-based products, technologies and solutions. For the fourth time, exhibitors and nova-institute together will be demonstrating at the \u201cBio-based Composites\u201d pavilion how well sustainable products perform when it comes to lightweight construction, bio-based materials and the most modern composite solutions. A total of 14 companies can present the topic of bio-composites at the trade fair. The joint stand is located centrally in hall 6 stand D50. Expected are visitors from around 60 nations. Of these, more than 40% are international visitors.<\/p>\n

At the \u201cBio-based Composites\u201d pavilion, which over the last four years has already expanded to an area of 150 m2<\/sup>, companies from the field of cellulose, wood and natural fibres are welcome, as well as companies from the field of bio-based thermosets and thermoplastics. Meet the following key players from the bio-based industry and their service providers:<\/p>\n

Biowert (www.biowert.de<\/a>):<\/strong> Processes meadows grass in a green biorefinery to composite granulates that can be used as well as for everyday consumer goods as for decking tiles (DE).<\/p>\n

Bcomp (www.bcomp.ch<\/a>):<\/strong> Supplier of Natural Fibre Composites (NFC), Bcomp “PowerRibs” natural fibre technology triples the stiffness of thin-walled structures compared to other composite parts with the same weight (CH).<\/p>\n

Cordenka (www.cordenka.com<\/a>)<\/strong> produces the industrial yarn Cordenka Rayon. The cellulose-based fibre is used as a reinforcing material, in high-performance tires and technical rubber products (DE).<\/p>\n

European Industrial Hemp Association (www.eiha.org<\/a>):<\/strong> Association of the European hemp industry, member companies are supplier of technical hemp fibres for composites, mainly for the automotive industry (EU).<\/p>\n

Fachagentur Nachwachsende Rohstoffe (FNR) (www.fnr.de<\/a>):<\/strong> The FNR will provide information on all topics and projects related to bio-based composites at the bio-based pavilion (DE).<\/p>\n

nova-Institut GmbH (www.nova-institute.eu<\/a>):<\/strong> Organizer of the joint pavilion provides comprehensive services in the field of natural fibres, bio-based polymers and composites, technical-economic assessments, life cycle assessments, market analyses and project development (DE).<\/p>\n

SAFILIN (www.safilin.fr<\/a>):<\/strong> Leading European spinner of hemp and flax fibres with good access to industrial networks in this area (FR).<\/p>\n

At COMPOSITES EUROPE 2017 at the Stuttgart fairground, the second bio!CAR conference (www.bioplasticsmagazine.com\/en\/events\/bio-car\/<\/a>) will be organized for bio-based materials in automotive engineering. On September 20 and 21, experts from all fields of bio-based materials present their latest developments in Stuttgart.
