Representatives of political bodies and associations will also have their say alongside leading companies. <\/strong><strong>The 9<sup>th<\/sup> International Conference on Bio-based Materials builds on successful previous conferences. 300 participants and 30 exhibitors mainly from industry are expected!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Free booths!<\/h3>\n<p>Exhibition booths are free for registered participants!<br \/>\nPlease contact: Dominik Vogt, <a href=\"mailto:dominik.vogt@nova-institut.de\">dominik.vogt@nova-institut.de<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Innovation Award &#8220;Bio-based Material of the Year 2016&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>For the ninth year running, the Innovation Award \u201cBio-based Material of the Year\u201d will be granted to the young, innovative bio-based chemicals and materials industry for finding suitable applications and markets for bio-based products. The focus of the award is on new developments within these areas, which had been launched in 2015 or will be launched in 2016. Producers and inventors of innovative bio-based materials are invited to hand in their application until February 8, 2016.<br \/>\nPlease contact: Florence Aeschelmann, <a href=\"mailto:florence.aeschelmann@nova-institut.de\">florence.aeschelmann@nova-institut.de<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Bio-based Start-up Day<\/h3>\n<p>The 3rd day is still dedicated to high-potential start-ups and becomes now the \u201cBio-based Start-up Day\u201d.<br \/>\nNumerous start-ups have already applied for a presentation slot. Thank you to all of them! The best proposals will be selected in January.
