“Bio-Plastics pioneer in Europe”, this is the title of the video developed by the European Patent Office and dedicated to Catia Bastioli and her research projects.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To celebrate the European Inventor Award’s tenth year, that will be held on 11th June in Paris, the European Patent Office has created a retrospective focused to all the winners and the impact of their inventions on society today.<\/p>\n

Since 2006, the EPO’s European Inventor Award has recognized inventors, researchers and entrepreneurs who have made a special contribution to social, technological and economic progress in Europe.<\/p>\n

Catia Bastioli won in 2007 the award “European Inventor of the Year\u201d in the category “SMEs\/research” for her innovation in the field of bioplastics. An important recognition for Novamont\u2019s Research and Development activity.<\/p>\n
