Daily to feed seven billion people are cultivated crops such as rice, corn and sugar cane. In processing these crops come stems and leaves free, agricultural waste. Worldwide, it is billions of tons. Paper Wise uses this agricultural waste as a raw material for high quality paper and cardboard. First in Europe provides Paper Wise office products, packaging, labels, bags and sacks. Paper Wise is an innovation in the field of paper and cardboard. A collaboration between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and CSR Netherlands has laid the foundation. In the form of a voucher ICSR has awarded a grant of \u20ac 10.000, -. This amount is the research partly funded by IVAM University of Amsterdam. Willem Lageweg, Director of CSR Netherlands, welcomed the development: “It is a new milestone for the paper. The waste from agriculture is processed in a different industry to environmentally friendly paper and cardboard. A good example of circular economy. ”<\/p>\n
