With this strategy the government wants to increase the commitment to sustainability while strengthening the competitiveness of the Dutch economy and increase employment. The government has thereby eight domains distinguish which key challenges and opportunities for a transition towards green growth are: climate, energy, water, bio-based economy, construction, food, transport and waste as raw material (NAB). The government policy for green growth relies on four pillars. An enabling framework with dynamic promoting laws and regulations is one of them.
