Building on a desk research by OWS for Plastics Europe, a comprehensive laboratory testing programme is planned.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The laboratory tests shall ultimately proof or disproof if oxo-fragmentable plastic are biodegradable or not.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a first phase a number of oxo-fragmentable plastic products available in the market will be abiotically treated.
