This intensively nourishing moisturizer<sup>4 <\/sup>combines Propionic Acid and Ceramides to relieve extremely dry and reactive skin while reinforcing the skin\u2019s natural ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The product is now available globally to skincare professionals and consumers. Propionic acid is a naturally occurring short chain fatty acid essential for maintaining a balanced skin microbiome. Emerging research suggests it helps modulate inflammation, strengthen barrier resilience, and maintain microbial balance \u2013 the keys to hydrated, resilient skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Until now, propionic acid has primarily been available at industrial scale from petrochemical sources.
