The plant will use D-CRBN\u2019s proprietary plasma technology to convert CO\u2082 and biomethane into feedstock for fuels and chemicals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Demonstration plant designed to produce approximately 200 tonnes of renewable syngas per year<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Worley to deliver multidisciplinary engineering, safety studies and cost estimation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Modular design to support future scale-up towards approximately 10,000 tonnes per year<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The demonstration plant is designed to produce approximately 200 tonnes of renewable syngas per year. Renewable syngas is a versatile gas mixture that can be used as a raw material for the production of e-fuels and green chemicals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plant will demonstrate D-CRBN\u2019s proprietary plasma technology, which uses electricity to convert CO\u2082 and biomethane into renewable syngas without the need for solvents or catalysts. The resulting syngas can serve as a building block for fuels, plastics and chemicals across a wide range of industrial applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Worley will carry out the multidisciplinary engineering, safety studies and cost estimation required to prepare the project for construction. D-CRBN will remain responsible for its proprietary plasma reactor, which will be integrated into the overall plant design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cMoving into detailed engineering is an important milestone for D-CRBN.
