Wildsmith is taking a bold step towards sustainable beauty with the launch of its 100% home compostable packaging, developed in collaboration with Shellworks, an industry leader in biodegradable materials.<\/p>\n\n\n

Vivomer<\/a> is a biopolymer derived from natural microbes and plant-based sources, offering the durability of plastic without its environmental harm. Unlike conventional materials, Vivomer is recognised by microbes as a natural food source, allowing it to break down completely within 12-52 weeks in a home compost environment. No waste. No trace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Launching in March 2025 on WildsmithSkin.com, the first products to feature the new home compostable packaging will be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
