Guyenne Papier, a paper mill based in the P\u00e9rigord region of Nanthiat, and LFI Emballages, a manufacturer of packaging<\/a> for dairy products based in Ecquevilly, Yvelines, have joined forces to offer a yoghurt pot made entirely from cardboard<\/a>, which is plastic-free, recyclable and biodegradable. This French innovation<\/a> is designed to meet growing environmental demands and consumer demand for more sustainable packaging<\/a>. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

This cardboard<\/a> jar provides an effective barrier against water and grease, guaranteeing optimum product preservation. It meets current food contact standards, making it suitable for industrial use in dairy packaging<\/a>. 

“This single-material yoghurt pot is an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional plastic packaging  <\/em>(in PET or PS, Editor’s note) the company is committed to reducing plastic waste and preserving the environment”  <\/em>the two companies assure us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
