The EC published the\u00a0Commission\u202fImplementing\u202fDecision (EU) 2024\/3176\u202fin the\u202fOfficial Journal\u202fof the European\u00a0Union on\u00a019 December 2024.<br><br>We have already conducted\u00a0various pilot projects\u00a0on certifying RFNBOs and RCFs, both within the European Union and\u00a0internationally. Further, in November 2024, we\u00a0issued our first ISCC RFNBO certificate in Denmark, thanks to their early\u00a0recognition of ISCC in July 2024.\u00a0We are excited to launch ISCC EU certificates for RFNBOs and RCFs soon. Our collaboration with\u00a0allnex,\u00a0the world\u2019s leading supplier of resin for industrial coatings, has been a long-lasting and impactful one. By obtaining their\u00a0ISCC certification, allnex can offer\u00a0alternatives to their product portfolio\u00a0and assure their customers that our rigorous\u00a0certification process\u00a0backs these options. As we celebrate our\u00a015th anniversary in 2025,\u00a0we reflect on our\u00a0journey, which began in 2006 with a multi-stakeholder\u00a0dialogue on biofuel certification needs. We issued our first\u00a0certificate in\u00a02010 and established the ISCC Association. We have been\u00a0recognised by the European Commission since 2011, and today,\u00a0we are a\u00a0leading certification system, with over 13,000 certificates issued in\u00a0more than 130 countries, collaborating with 67\u00a0Certification Bodies and\u00a0uniting 310 members in our Association.
