{"id":15658,"date":"2012-01-30T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2012-01-29T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bio-based.eu\/news\/index.php?startid=20120130-04n"},"modified":"2012-01-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2012-01-29T22:00:00","slug":"cooperation-between-dow-and-teknor-apex","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/renewable-carbon.eu\/news\/cooperation-between-dow-and-teknor-apex\/","title":{"rendered":"Cooperation between Dow and Teknor Apex"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Joining hands to further drive developments in the North American flexible vinyls market, the Electrical and Telecommunications (E&#038;T) unit of chemical giant Dow (Midland, Michigan \/ USA; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dow.com\/\" >www.dow.com<\/a>) has entered into an agreement with US custom compounder Teknor Apex (Pawtucket, Rhode Island; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teknorapex.com\/\" >www.teknorapex.com<\/a>). Under the terms of the deal, Teknor Apex now has the exclusive right to market flexible vinyl compounds containing Dow\u2019s proprietary &#8220;Ecolibrium\u201d bio-based plasticisers in North America.
