This has been lately manifested by the provisional agreement on the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, the recently adopted Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation, the Proposal for a Green Claims Directive, and more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the EU has led the way on sustainability reporting obligations for all companies and their respective value chains with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive. Companies, both big and small, are now compelled to adapt their strategies, operations, and reporting methods. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
