In the study, current initiatives towards biomass certification are analysed and the main barriers towards a successful achievment of the sustainability goals are identified.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The report is intended to supply information on which policy decisions regarding the establishment of EU based minimum criteria and certification systems could be based.
