The European commission gave its agreement to Diester Industrie, part of Sofiproteol and Bunge to create a new company called Diester Industrie International.<\/b> <\/p>\n<p>This new entity will be owned 60% by Diester Industrie and 40% by Bunge and will hold 50% of the activities of the Marl factory in Germany (250,000  tonnes), a factory in Livorno Italy (160,000 tonnes) and a factory in Br\u00fcck Austria (30,000 tonnes). Diester Industrie International will be mainly dedicated to developing biodiesel activities within the EU in line with the target of reaching 5,75 % blend of biofuels by 2010.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><b>Diester Industrie is becoming  worldwide.
