Disagreement among governments, and derogations on several important measures will result in further fragmentation of the internal market\u201d\u00a0he adds.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEUBP supports the European Parliament\u2019s proposal for a Regulation on Packaging and Packaging Waste.
