Though ambitious, Cognis is confident of achieving this target which will be supported by regrouping its businesses into five strategic business units : Oleochemicals, Care Chemicals, Nutrition &#038; Health, Functional Products and Process Chemicals. The company is also looking for appropriate acquisitions in the US and Asia\/ Pacific. This announcement seems to indicate the objective of Cognis&#8217; owners is to launch the company on the stock market in London.<\/p>\n<p>(Vgl.
