The facility could start producing fuels as early as October 2003. Construction is scheduled to start in April 2003. <\/p>\n<p>American BioFuels (ABF) has also signed a joint venture with Hondo Chemical Inc, an organic fertilizer manufacturer, to build a 35 million gallon per year plant, the largest biodiesel plant in the US.
