{"id":12813,"date":"2012-03-15T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2012-03-14T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bio-based.eu\/news\/index.php?startid=20120315-02n"},"modified":"2012-03-15T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2012-03-14T22:00:00","slug":"naturfaserpellets-fuer-spritzguss-und-extrusion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/renewable-carbon.eu\/news\/naturfaserpellets-fuer-spritzguss-und-extrusion\/","title":{"rendered":"Naturfaserpellets f\u00fcr Spritzguss und Extrusion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Ein von der Deutschen Bundesstiftung Umwelt (DBU) gef\u00f6rdertes Projekt hat zum Ziel, die bisher ungel\u00f6ste Zufuhr der Naturfasern in die Prozesse der Kunststoffindustrie mittels Pelletierung der Naturfasern zu durchbrechen.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Den Projektpartnern nova-Institut, Badische Naturfaseraufbereitung (BAFA) und Hochschule Bremen in Kooperation mit Industrie- und Forschungspartnern (FKuR, Hiendl. Linotech, Fraunhofer WKI) gelang es, in iterativen Entwicklungsschritten industriegerechte und bedarfsorientierte Naturfaserpellets herzustellen. Nun k\u00f6nnen Compoundeure, Spritzgie\u00dfer und Extrudeure mit einfachen Mitteln Naturfasern in Form von Pellets dosiert zuf\u00fchren und zur Verst\u00e4rkung nutzen. Die Pelletierung der Naturfasern erlaubt die reibungslose Zufuhr in den Compoundier-Prozess zu wettbewerbsf\u00e4higen Preisen.
