She coordinates the RCI throughout its different areas (management level, projects, working groups, advisory board) and is responsible for the internal and external communication of the initiative (website, social media, newsletter, press releases). Verena is also driving the establishment, maintenance, and development of structures within the RCI. In addition, she monitors and evaluates the achievement of RCI-objectives and organizes webinars, workshops, and networking events.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Background and expertise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Verena is a Foreign Language Correspondent (English and Spanish) by trade and holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from the Bergische Universit\u00e4t Wuppertal.
