P2 Science, Inc. (P2), a green chemistry company, today announced the launch of a range of biobased and patented pigment dispersions under the tradename Citrosperse\u2122. The line of 10 color dispersions was developed in collaboration with American Colors, Inc. of Sandusky, OH and is marketed exclusively by P2. Like other P2 products, the Citrosperse range is built on P2\u2019s proprietary Citropol\u00ae platform. As such, its supply chain extends back to upcycled forestry by-products from Forest Stewardship Council certified pine trees.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commercial production of Citrosperse products is already underway at the American Colors facility in Sandusky. Samples and product literature are available on P2\u2019s website, and all Citrosperse products can be purchased directly on P2\u2019s e-store \u2013 also on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Citrosperse dispersions have very high pigment loading, remarkable color intensity and of course are built on Citropol technology that is biodegradable, biorenewable and biocompatible.\u201d<\/p>

The Citrosperse launch brings the total number of products launched by P2 to 25 since April of 2020. The Citrosperse product line is part of P2\u2019s Plant a Forest initiative, where P2 plants a tree for every kilogram of product sold. Each tree removes about 1 ton of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere during its life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
