The material will allow you to substantially improve the recycled content of your finished products. Carbomax\u00aePhoenix is an interesting solution, considering the growing demand for recycled polymers. It is already perfect for film extrusion. Convince yourself, test it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For those who do not yet know it, CABAMIX also offers you <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carbomaxbio.fr\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Carbomax\u00aeBio<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carbomax\u200d\u00aeBio comes in granular form and is made of premium quality calcium carbonate with a mixture of 100% biodegradable and compostable polymers. Depending on the grade it has up to 80% biosourced content. It meets the requirements of European standard EN 13432. Carbomax\u200d\u00aeBio holds several compostability and biodegradability certificates issued by T\u00dcV Austria depending on the grade: OK compost Industrial, OK compost Home or OK biodegradable Soil, as well as European and FDA certificates for food contact applications.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are mixed with different materials such as PBAT, PLA, PBS, or starch-based compounds, and compounds based on these materials. The main applications are film extrusion, injection and thermoforming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carbomax\u00ae\u200dBio has a number of benefits: during the manufacturing process, to improve the mechanical properties of finished products and save between 10% and 25% depending on the percentage used.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are many applications where compostability makes sense and where Carbomax\u200d\u00aeBio is commonly used, such as compostable flexible bags, alcochado film for agriculture, coffee capsules&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About CABAMIX<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 2013 and located in the South of France, near a calcium carbonate quarry of great purity, CABAMIX exports its products to Europe, Africa, the Middle East and South America.
