They tend to chose the cheapest option thereby not stimulating a carbon neutral society by 2050<\/li><li>Equity is not easy to raise (risk adverse)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Michael Carus:<\/em><\/strong> Are there market preferences for any of the three sources of renewable carbon?
